How do I get Ironclad to send a notification to a workflow participant when a signer declines to sign? We have an integration with DocuSign and when a signer declines to sign, both Ironclad and the counterparty receive an email from DocuSign. Per the standard notifications in Ironclad, the workflow owner will receive an email notification when a signer declines to sign, however our sales people are not always the workflow owner, they are sometimes a participant. They need notice in order to proactively reach out to the customer to either ask why (or explain the reason) the signer has declined to sign.
