Bitmovin has open sourced its Universal NDA workflow as a .icb file and it is now available in all its glory here: https://github.com/bitmovin/unda/blob/main/Universal%20NDA%20v12%20(production).icb.
The uNDA is a standardized legal document which enables read-once and negotiate-by-numbers approach to concluding NDAs. This .icb file will allow your to upload the uNDA workflow to your WFD instance and stop having to read or negotiate NDAs.
