Setting the start date before current date

I swear that I try to figure these things out myself before I come here and ask my questions.

This time, I'm trying to figure out how to set a condition in my workflow that if the start date of the contract predates the current date, Legal needs to review the contract. When I tried to create the condition, IC will let me do all kinds of things, but it doesn't seem like I can select the current date for comparison.

(@Charlie_Choules, if it turns out I can't do this, I'll finally have something to add to your request list!!)
