Hello,
I was shown how to create a condition on one of the workflows that I'm about to publish, but now we don't need the condition. However, when I go back in to delete the condition, it's greyed out and won't let me delete it. Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions as to how I delete it? I've searched the help articles and this community without any luck.
Also, I've reached out to support and have only received their automated response. What do you find is the average response time for someone from support to respond? Is there a phone number to reach support?
