Is there a way to add additional signers without changing the setup of a workflow?
We've received requests from counter parties after we've routed for signature declining to sign because they have a company policy that two or three (and in some cases four) execs have to sign on their side. Our templates are built with just one signer on either side. There are two ways I think this can be done: (1) change the workflow to add all of these signature fields, (2) download the .docx file, add in some signature block(s), route for signature via esignature tool, upload into workflow to complete the process.
Has anyone encountered this and/or has a solution within Ironclad?
