After our last quarterly report and reviewing the metrics, we are spending entirely too much time in the signature step. I have begun by setting up a custom view and periodically irritating workflow owners to close out the workflows, however, I would like to somehow be able to mark those workflows that are legitimately still in process, not just languishing due to inattention. It would save time to not have to rework the entire list every time.
Any suggestions?
