Notification when completed Counterparty Form received

Hi all.

I have created a vendor contract workflow which involves 3 steps:

1. Launch Form - very basic vendor details and triage, including the question "Send External Questionnaire (Y/N)"
2. Additional Form 1 (Counterparty Form) - External Questionnaire (conditional on answering 'Y' to the above) for vendor to complete due diligence questions
3. Additional Form 2 (Internal) - Continuation of Launch Form with further contract/vendor review information, including review of External Questionnaire response

The problem I have is that there doesn't seem to be a way to trigger a notification when the External Questionnaire is received from the vendor, thus the workflow gets held up unless notified by the respondent or manually checked in the dashboard.

Does anyone have a solution to this, or otherwise can you suggest alternative ways of dealing with the need to split the Legal assessment process in this way?
