Our team met recently to discuss an Ironclad Repository clean-up project in order to condense the amount of tagged fields with the ultimate goal of better alignment for easier / cleaner / more concise reporting. Has anyone gone through this process? We would love to learn more about what is possible with a large Repository clean-up? For example, if we decide that 80% or so of existing fields are no longer needed, what is the best way to tackle condensing? What type of investment and time is involved for a large clean-up project with the goal of only keeping critical fields in place? Any high level information you could share regarding your experience with this type of a Repository clean-up project for reporting purposes would be greatly appreciated.
