We have followed all the steps to successfully integrate Ironclad with Salesforce using an Embedded Launch Form. In our sandbox environment, there were no issues. Note that we were using a previous version of the Ironclad Managed Package.
In our production environment with the newest version of the Ironclad Managed Package, we are getting the attached "Error Fetching Workflow" error, along with a permission error.
Please note that we have confirmed that the correct permission set was assigned to the user. We have also enabled Workflow Sync with the correct Linked Source.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this "Error Fetching Workflow" error?
