Workshops on AI/Playbook and Insights

Hi @Mary_OCarroll, @alex_su,

I really enjoyed SDC today. I am very interested in using AI/Playbook and Insights to their fullest, but feel a bit like the deer in the headlights.

I would like to ask if you could organize workshops (ideally in person) for Community members to share ideas and best practices.
