I hope everyone is well! Fairly new to Ironclad, so apologies if I'm asking a silly question. We're in the process of having a 3rd party import our legacy contracts into Ironclad and a major question we've been having is if there is a way to automatically tag records in the Repository by access group. For example, if Ryan is a member of our "Technology" group, my team previously thought that all workflows launched by him (and anyone else in the Technology group) would be tagged "Technology", in addition to the other automatically tagged groups like Legal; however, after looking through our repository, I noticed this was not the case.
If the third party cannot tag imported contracts with group specific access, has anyone found a workaround for this, i.e. adding a "Which department are you submitting on behalf of" field into the launch form? Ultimately, my team's goal is to allow group access to every workflow launched by their respective group, while restricting them from viewing another group's contracts. Any guidance would be helpful - thank you for taking the time to read through my issue!
