IDEA: Reorder Archive Metadata Properties

Hi IC Community!

IDEA/FEATURE REQUEST:

Reorder/customize the order of the fields [properties] which appear in the edit section [Review Needed] right before archive [i.e. in the archive review step - please see attached screenshot below for quick reference].

You can't see it in the screenshot, but [for example] the agreement start date and agreement expiration date have a ton of fields in between them, and the overall order of the properties are not efficiently set up for my review [i.e. because of the way they're placed/ordered, my review takes longer than it should].

IC support says "There is a place that you can reorder metadata fields by going into your Workflow Designer and clicking the plus sign over the list of fields and clicking 'Reorder Metadata'. However since these fields don't include your archive record properties, I don't think it would be possible to reorder your archive metadata properties unfortunately."

Hi @Joe_Nguyen - wanted to add my +1 to this request. I'm undergoing a review of our archiving process because as @Lynn_Agajan mentioned, the default order is very inefficient for the team. It would be great if we could modify it! Thank you in advance!

+ 1 for Archive Stage Metadata Ordering. At least it should follow the WF Designer's Reorder Metadata. As of now, it's just too random.

Over a year later, and I've raised this again to our Customer Success representative. It's a bit disappointing that every time I raise the question it's like this question has never been heard before. That's clearly not the case. Archiving needs some love, folks!
