Wondering how your org handles stamps on final agreements ready for signature?
Context/background for those who don't know/aren't familiar with this practice - When the process of negotiating the contract ends, legal is usually responsible for making sure all redlines and comments are removed so that a clean version is ready for signature. One way companies flag for signatories that the document is "final" from legal is to "stamp" it.
Do you have automated stamping built into your IC workflows? If so what does that look like? Follow up... How difficult was it to convince the business to adopt this new automated stamping process (assuming this took some convincing)?
Or, does your org still use the image method where it inserts the stamp into the header or footer of the document prior to sending off for signature?
