IDEA: Download Partially/Fully Signed Document from Workflow!

Hi Community!

When we send a document out for signature(s) from our Ironclad workflows, we should be able to download the partial/fully signed document from the workflow itself, after one and/or multiple signatures are collected.

Please make this happen for us 🙏🙏🙏

For now, similar to @Lani_Smith, I'm handling situations like this as follows ->

AE sends the document for 1 signature [internal]
Deal Desk downloads the partially signed doc in the Archive stage& sends to the AE to send to counterparty to sign from their end
Deal Desk reverts the workflow to Sign stage
Once counterparty signs, AE uploads the fully executed doc and closes out the workflow accordingly

Fully supportive! Lots of community members are doing all-you-can-imagine workarounds. This makes the signature process so hard and requires learning to understand all the limitations

Agree. This is required frequently when a customer requires a signed pdf to insert into their own DocuSign (or Ironclad) process.

Thanks for submitting feedback, happy to say we launched this yesterday. Now at the sign step, when a contract is partially signed, the sig coordinator or an Ironclad admin can select to Download Partially Signed Document (PDF) from the dropdown. Let us know if you have any further feedback on this process.

We are hoping to improve the process for when a counterparty wants a contract signed outside Ironclad as well in the next few quarters. Stay tuned!
