I have a question about best practices. Our sales contracts typically auto renew on 90 days notice. However, this can vary to a notice period less than 90, renewal on mutual consent, the customer's option to renew, or no renewal stated in the contract.
The renewal clause is varied by the presence of an additional term in the order form (inserted in the workflow) or negotiated and included manually in the contract terms.
We want to make this a searchable in the repository. Any thoughts on the best practices for doing this?
