Hey all!
As the title suggests, we have about 20 fields in our workflow that need to be passed from Salesforce to Ironclad. I only need about 5 of those fields to be visible to edit when someone launches a workflow. The rest of the fields should not be visible on the workflow but NEED to be passed through to Ironclad.
I was looking at other threads and someone mentioned hiding the fields based off a picklist question. However, when I try that method, the hidden fields do to carry over to Ironclad. Any ideas?
The only solution I could think of is creating the 5 fields in Salesforce and having my users fill them out before clicking the launch workflow button (Auto Submit button vs Salesforce Custom Button/Link URL). I do not prefer this solution at the moment.
