IDEA: Different DocuSign Accounts for Different Workflows

Hi Ironclad Team!

IDEA: Ability to integrate more than 1 DocuSign account to our Ironclad account, as we would like to connect different DocuSign accounts to different workflows.

Use case: I'm the Head of Deal Desk so I should have full coverage of all of our NDA & Sales Contracts workflows and documents. However, our Ironclad is integrated with our Legal DocuSign, which I can't have access to because I cannot have access to all of the company's contracts (e.g. employment agreements), so when I need to access DocuSign for a sales contract, I need to ask my manager to do so because I do not & should not have permissions to use/access our Legal DocuSign account.

FIX:

Workflows for Employee agreements, Procurement agreements etc. = our Legal DocuSign account

Workflows for NDAs & Sales Contracts = our Deal Desk DocuSign account

What if you are a company with multiple brands/entities? You can't use the same DS account as you want to vary the branding. You need multiple accounts!

@Lynn_Agajan this may be a partial win, but it looks like we can dynamically set the Reply-to email & name in Workflow Designer.

Does this help your use case at all?

It seems it would help, yes. If this means DD can be CC's on all sig packets for particular workflows, then that should solve for this use case. I updated the NDA and Sales Contract workflows now so we'll see 🙂
