Changing Signer Midway - Workflow Activity Feed

IDEA: When changing the signer [from the Ironclad workflow] midway through the signature process, include the activity of the reroute in the activity feed of the workflow.

Background: When did this for the first time, I was expecting the signature packet to be cancelled and it wasn't, but I also didn't see anything in the activity feed of the workflow that would indicate that the document was successfully rerouted to the updated signer, so I wasn't sure what was going on [i.e. if it was a bug/if the counterparty actually got the document to sign]. Therefore, it would be super helpful if the activity feed was updated accordingly during this process.

I didn't know you could do this. Previously I've had to change it from within AdobeSign once the packet has been sent to avoid the packet having to be cancelled.

Can you do it from Ironclad once you've sent the packet?

Hi @Sebastian_Goldsmith - turns out you can!

They're going to update this in their support articles as it turns out I wasn't the only one who wasn't aware of this.

And hopefully my idea re: the activity feed will make the process/status of the documents out for signature less confusing and more transparent.

@David_Wieseneck perhaps I'm missing something, but I checked now and I still don't see anything about it.

Not here, or here. Still makes it seem like signature packet gets cancelled and only option it to reassign (midway) via the eSignature provider.
