It would be great to have an Outlook integration/button which allows users to copy correspondence to their active workflows via a dropdown selection. No matter how much I point people to it, they forget to copy the workflow using the unique address or via using Ironclad itself to send emails.
Basically a load of correspondence is still taking place outside of Ironclad and I'd like to make it easier for people to keep it logged.
