I love Contract Relationships - great new feature!
I would love to set in the WFD a multi-doc workflow that allows for archive into the repository as:
- All docs in 1 repository record (current functionality)
- Docs split into separate repository records
For #2 - I would love to optionally mark them as related records or parent/child relationship.
Also the ability to group some docs together into 1 record.
For example, in a multi-doc workflow with 4 docs (MSA, DPA, SLA, SOW), I may want the MSA, DPA, SLA to be grouped into one repository record (Parent) while the SOW is another repository related record (Child). Or perhaps all 4 docs are split into 4 separate Sibling repository related records
Since Ironclad takes the docs and consolidates them into one PDF for Docusign, it would need to break the combined PDF back into separate PDFs to then save into the repository, but I think this is possible, at least with Docusign
Idea: Option to save Signed multi-doc workflow agreements Separately (instead of Combined)
