Does anyone know what the difference between these two terms are? Are they functionally the same?
This is relevant for the eSignature Packet Configuration email in the Sign step in Workflow Designer.
I currently have it set to External Contract Type so it says:
"The External Contract Type between Counterparty Name and Medigold Group Entity is awaiting your signature. Please review and sign the document at your earliest convenience."
However, that results in things like "The Engagement Letter (Legal/Finance) between [Counterparty] and Medigold Health is awaiting your signature..."
That is the Record Type, so I am wondering why Ironclad has made the differentiation in field here.
I am thinking swapping it to [Agreement Title] so it's less clunky.
