By law in the UK we are required to have a corporate email footer. We also use it for other purposes (disclaimer, confidentiality, privacy, ESG). This footer is attached automatically by our servers for our own emails but is absent from emails that go out in our name from Ironclad.
I can add these manually to the Custom emails but this looks untidy because it comes above the automatic footer and is in the same font/size as the main email. It also allows our staff to edit it in some cases.
It would be good to have a Company setting to create a custom footer for all communications sent in our name. e.g. under where it says "Reply directly to this email to share your feedback" (which is an odd phrase) and the Ironclad Logo.
