What are all the smaller companies (under 3,000 employees) doing? If you use Slack, what plan are you on?
Enterprise grid gives you the ability to implement legal holds, download specific user info, but for true e-discovery purposes you need to integrate with a third party discovery tool. Also, enterprise is VERY expensive $$$$. Are you all sucking it up and just paying for enterprise and also for a third party e-discovery tool?
Business + slack plans: no legal holds, limited capability to pull single user data. No API to integrate a third party e-discovery tool. If you are on this plan what are you doing about e-discovery? Are you crossing your fingers hoping you need to pull data. Do you have strict data retention policies that purge slack data frequently in the normal corse of business so there would be less to produce if you had to?
