We regularly have a need to send "deal summaries" to internal signers, listing various basic info on approvals, pricing, duration, terms etc. Currently, we do this manually in Ironclad before sending via Docusign integration.
It would be SUPER-helpful, if the "message to signer" feature has the same sort of functionality as Custom Emails (eg. import metadata and use conditionality), so a standard template deal summary could be automatically created on a workflow-specific basis.
Right now, my workaround is simply sending a Custom Email to the workflow owner on approval, which they copy/paste into the Signer message 😕
Is this something that could be developed in the foreseeable future?
