Many of you are seeking new in-house opportunities as GCs, Counsel, Contracts Managers, Legal Ops, etc. Others are actively hiring for these roles but don’t know where to turn for candidates. I have leveraged my own network to help play matchmaker for years as I love to connect people, but I'd love to scale this a bit. I’ve created a form where in-house candidates can provide me with their profiles. I’ll personally manage this private list and share profiles with recruiters and hiring managers who request access. This way, you have a bit of anonymity and are only surfaced to appropriate opportunities. Recruiters can reach out directly to candidates after being granted access. Hopefully this is a win win for everyone.
