Hey folks - not sure if anyone else is running into this. For some of the workflows, we have internal approvers that need to review the workflow based on certain conditions and approve. We've noticed that there's no visibility into these internal approvers from other internal peers.
For example, if a CRO is reviewing an Order Form and needs to approve the discount given, we'd like for Deal Desk to be CC'd and notified when CRO is notified to review and approve the Order Form. We don't need Deal Desk to do anything, just to have visibility that the CRO is notified and has this in their queue. Unfortunately, the approver has to be one single user and there's no CC functionality (that I'm aware of). Has anyone found a workaround for this?
