Does anyone have a solution for catching situations where there are hidden counterparty tags populated in your own signature block within a third-party paper? We're discovering this issue when the signature coordinator goes to tag the document and finds immovable counterparty tags within our own signature block. I'm assuming this will happen more often as Ironclad grows its client base.
Our current solution is either 1) send the workflow back to review, remove or replace the hidden tags, and re-approve, or 2) download the signature packet, add a 'ghost' signer as the 'first' signer, and upload the same PDF and mark it 'signed' by the ghost signer so we can then proceed to tag the actual signatures.
Other than training to check the signature block area for white text, any other ideas?
