Approval Email Notification for Workflow Approvers but not Owners

Currently, the most notifications one can receive are:

When someone @-mentions me
When workflows are assigned to me
When someone posts a comment
When workflows are fully executed or canceled

Background: Myself [Deal Desk] & Legal are the approvers for one of our workflows [with approvals not set in any particular order]. Legal approved the workflow but I did not get an email notification of this so I didn't know that the workflow was waiting on my approval [for 3 hours] to proceed to the sign step.

IDEA: as an approver of a workflow that is not the workflow owner -> option to receive an email notification when any additional approvers of that workflow approve the workflow.

This is a much-needed setting. Further is there any pipeline for a more robust email notification settings? So far there are two options and we would like to see more options for users to personalize the notification setting that works for them.

There should also be a turn notification or a new draft (just like the Slack notifications).
