Your Role
The Information Systems team is looking for an experienced CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Product Manager to lead, develop and manage our Company’s Contract Management solution, as well as several other smaller products. This role is highly collaborative in nature and will need to work effectively with our matrix organization to determine business requirements. You will also be responsible for configuring and developing new contract management workflows along with managing development of other products. You will partner closely with our Legal department and Regional Leaders to ensure successful implementations and product releases.
What You Will Do

Develop a product road map for Ironclad and other products by collaborating with leadership and other stakeholders in establishing long-range strategic plans

Manage Ironclad Contract management system, including integration with DocuSign

Design, develop and implement new contract workflows in Ironclad

Establish product plans for compliance and legal products by building consensus across the firm to meet all business requirements

Manage risk, expectations, and outcomes throughout the products release cycles and effectively communicate status to senior leadership on a regular basis

Maintain products including monitoring responses to customer feedback

Provide training to customers

Support and troubleshoot Ironclad and other products

Develop and maintain documentation
Your Qualifications
-
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
-
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager

Experience with Ironclad or other Contract management system is a plus

Strong track record of owning end to end initiatives

Experience with agile software development processes

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*if position is filled in Los Angeles, CA the compensation range is estimated between $88k-108k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent upon experience. If position is filled in Oakland, CA the compensation range is estimated between $110k-134k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent upon experience. For all other locations, the base salary range will be based on their local market.*
