What is the difference between "Average Approval Time" and "Review Step Duration"?

Hi all, we're attempting to calculate the amount of time it takes someone on our legal team to review and approve a workflow.

What is the distinction between "Average Approval Time" and "Review Step Duration" in the Insights page?

Is "Average Approval Time" the average amount of time it takes an Approver in a given Workflow to approve that workflow, making "Review Step Duration" the total amount of time the workflow spent in Review?

Related to that, has anyone successfully measured the time it takes an internal (vs. Counterparty) counsel to review a workflow? "Days in Review" is not a useful metric in this regard as we need to be able to distinguish between an action taken by the business vs. an action taken by legal.
