In the past, I created a specific workflow to import previously signed contracts. It was a Legacy workflow which asked for specific pieces of meta data, allowed for upload of the signed contract, and then automatically went to Archive once submitted. This was a standard (free) workflow Ironclad offered in the old days.
I have not experimented with uploading directly to the repository.
Is anyone able to tell me which way would be easiest for a team of people to use? I have lawyers that find agreements everyday that are not in our system. When they find these agreements I want them to be able to upload them, tag them, and put them in a hierarchy (parent/child relationship, if applicable).
