Introducing AI Assist™ and the future of Ironclad AI

Cai here, long-time community subscriber and Ironclad co-founder. Like many of you, I’m incredibly excited about AI for contracts, and the release of ChatGPT opened my mind to the possibilities. But we also want to make sure we apply AI responsibly, and in ways our users find valuable. That’s why I am so excited to announce AI Assist™, the first Ironclad AI feature built on OpenAI’s GPT-3.

Why AI Assist™? We’ve always felt like the problem of repetitive contract negotiation could be solved with AI. That’s why we started working on AI Playbooks last year. But, the number one piece of feedback we heard from AI Playbooks users was: “now that Ironclad AI is identifying the issues, can’t it just fix them?” I remember telling Angela, the product designer for AI Playbooks, “that’s impossible.” I was wrong.

How do you access AI Assist™? We’re currently in a closed beta, but please reach out to support@ironcladhq.com to sign up for the beta program. In the meantime, you can start setting up your AI Playbook today. AI Assist will use your AI Playbook settings and standard language to suggest fixes.

I’m incredibly excited for the coming year. The technology behind ChatGPT is capable of so much more than drafting emails and writing poems.
