Has anyone had success with setting conditions around due dates for Legal review and final execution?
Issue: documents submitted in Ironclad with due dates for finalizing the Agreement that are unrealistic
Proposed Solution: set conditions around the due date something like if third party paper due date must be greater than 30 days from current date
Has anyone published estimates for review times according to document type and has that been successful for your team?
