As the Compliance Management Systems Administrator at Bezos Academy, you will manage and scale a nationwide governance, risk, and digital compliance system for our growing network of high-quality, tuition-free Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities nationwide.
You will be responsible for the systems administration of the organization’s regulatory compliance database. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support automation, innovation, and efficient use of the compliance management system (CMS). You will also use your prior experience in education or a similarly heavily regulated industry to escalate risks, develop standards and controls, draft compliance surveys/assessments, and generate audit reports.
You are a big-picture thinker capable of surveying an array of complex risks. You have the technical experience and skills to maintain and innovate practical systems. And above all, you are motivated by our mission and eager to join us at the startup phase, supporting our efforts to scale our impact.
