I have a bit of a nuanced situation and I'm hoping this amazing community can bring any kind of insight for a solution.
We currently use Docusign as our DocGen for CPQ (generate Order Forms). Duplicate Docusign signature fields are applied when the customer 1) downloads an order form sent with our Docusign (CPQ) and signs it on their e-signature provider (Docusign, Adobesign, etc.) and 2) we send this partially executed order form with Ironclad (Docusign is integrated as the e-signature). The Order Form from CPQ have signature tags auto-placed (using Docusign anchor text) and it creates the double signature because the tags are not removed prior to the customer signing.
Our workaround is to remove the anchor text before we send an Order Form for signature but it's a manual process. I typically go into our Docusign account to correct this issue when it occurs.
Anyone have a similar issue and found a solution that is automated?
