About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to lead Matterport’s legal operations, policy management, and contract management programs. This individual will join our quest in optimizing and automating processes by implementing legal programs and tools.

What you will do:
- Engage with stakeholders at different levels and across different departments to identify, mitigate, escalate, and resolve issues
- Build and maintain knowledge of critical legal systems and workflows
- Assist in preparing reports and metrics
- Oversee and maintain corporate records and policies
- Drive strategic projects for the Legal team and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and develop written documentations based on specific projects
- Prioritize, organize, and work efficiently in a high-volume, results-oriented environment
- Assist with other projects on the Legal team, as needed
Who you are:
- A driven and detail-oriented multi-tasker with superb project management skills and a healthy sense of humor and perspective
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience in legal operations or related fields of paralegal support, contracts management, strategy and operations, and/or general operations
- Demonstrated experience implementing legal software - prior experience implementing contracts lifecycle management (CLM) platform a must-have, and experience with IronClad a big plus
- Familiarity with core concepts of legal operations (the CLOC 12) and a defined point of view on the responsibilities and opportunities for legal operations to work within a fast-paced business
- Enthusiasm for wide-ranging topics that are critical for in-house legal departments, including corporate, employment law, privacy law and compliance and commercial contracts
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal supervision and direction
- Ability and interest to manage through influence and demonstrated success in relationship-building across diverse groups in a business
- A belief and practice that no task is too big or too small
- Self-initiative that drives a desire for impact and achievement
- A pragmatic approach to getting things done
- Comfort with fast-paced environments
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and partnering closely with the sales/revenue operations function
- Familiarity with data analytics and a desire to take a data-driven approach to decision-making and legal department operations wherever possible
- Prior experience implementing privacy management software solutions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000 - 157,000 & Bonus & Benefits & Equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
