Relatively new to admin access in Ironclad, but curious if anyone has been able to set up contract expiry notifications that get sent to custom groups vs. just the workflow owner. I know you can set such notifications up to get sent to the workflow owner, but that type of setup is limiting and is unhelpful if the workflow owner is on PTO, has left the company, etc. By allowing the notification to be sent to a full group, the visibility expands and we lessen the risk of missing a renewal. Has anyone looked into this / been able to set something like this up?
