Does anyone know if it is possible to send messages or emails utilizing properties in the "info" section?
I know it is possible to set this up and utilize record properties in a "custom email" in the Create section in Workflow Designer that is triggered when moving from the create phase to review, but I haven't been able to determine if this is something that can also be done later.
If this isn't possible, it would be a great feature add!
