The same property listed twice on "Add Property" dropdown in the Repository

I have been updating the metadata of legacy contracts in our repository and when I started doing this morning I saw that two of the properties are duplicated exactly on the "+ Add Property" dropdown, but we haven't made any updates to the properties in any of our workflows recently. Does anyone know why this happened, or if this could cause any issues with the filtering/reporting of these properties (or any other issues)? The screenshot of the duplicated properties is below.
