I am looking into ways to set Due Dates for documents for review based on Record Type and then by Paper Source with a request for approval to override the Due Date.
Something like this...
Workflow submitted, NDA, our Paper, Due Date auto fills with (today's date + 3 business days) with a Y/N override question that asks for the new Due Date and then assigns that to Leadership for approval.
Has anyone had any success with this? We are seeing unreasonable Due Date requests and want to set reasonable expectations but allow for situations that really do require an immediate review outside of the standard timeframe.
