Has anyone figured out an elegant way to cause the "Your Record has been signed between Party A and Party B" email to NOT trigger when you upload fully-executed paper? The best way I think I can do it would be to create a question on the launch form and then, at time of signature, reset approvals to Edit Info so upload signature packet = Yes (where email would only trigger if Upload Signature Packet = No). The second solution is to just change the signatory email to my email.
Both of these options seem clunky or cumbersome to actually enact but I also don't like that the counterparty is getting sent an email about the signed document from our system when it was in fact signed by a different system, and they already received that email (sometimes hours before when I'm working with APJ or EMEA).
Does anyone have any tricks to solve this?
