The Sales person that is talking to the Prospect got this message:
Prior to next steps, we will need to execute an MNDA. Please follow this link and fill out the form. You will receive a copy of our NDA in your inbox for you to accept. A copy will automatically be sent to you. Please note, our NDA is mutually-protective and market-standard - we have a small legal team and are not open to reviewing vendor comments.
This makes a lot of sense and smart move for them. But it caused a bunch of confusion with my team, since they did not know how to process this into our Ironclad.
Ironclad seems to be super awkward when both parties are on Ironclad. My team needs to add this to our Ironclad instance so that our Legal team can review and approve. But it is not clear if that is even possible & causes a lot of confusion.
Anyone have any advice? How do you handle this?
