User "Report Card"

I struggle with keeping our users on task. They leave workflows abandoned and sometimes get wet signatures and never upload the executed copy. This is a lot of manual work for me. My ultimate would be to issue a "Report Card" for lack of a better term, to each user once per month outlining their activity for the month. I don't so much care about the repository, but If I could email each user separately with their outstanding workflows and their status, that would be awesome. 🙂

Morning!

I've used the IC Process Metrics report to create something like 'report cards' for our team.

There is a 'user actions' tab, which will show stage interactions by user within the specified date range.

Workflows tab has also been helpful. You can filter by whatever owner you choose (columns R-Z). Then I manually created a spreadsheet for each of our team member showing all currently open workflows they need to review.

IC Process Metrics report is found under the dashboard, when you click the 'more' button (to the right of the 'start workflow' button).
