I appreciate the graphs that the platform automatically makes for me, but they aren't on the topics that I need.
I'd love to be able to automatically get the following information (I don't want to have to do arithmetic with milliseconds): average time from launch to execution for workflows that didn't require Legal's assistance; average time from launch to execution for workflows that required Legal assistance on the Order Form; average time from launch to execution for workflows with additional Everlaw templates attached; average time from launch to execution for workflows with additional counterparty templates attached.
From the AI playbooks, I'm looking forward to seeing which fallbacks we end up using the most (so we can decide whether to put approval for the playbook in Sales's hands), and which AEs go to fallbacks most frequently (so we can see if there are patterns that require looking for a root cause).
