I think the default setting in Ironclad is that if the workflow owner uploads counterparty paper, the platform automatically triggers Legal review. Is there a way to turn this off?
For MNDAs, if Sales uploads the prospect's MNDA, and there aren't hinky terms in it (which we'll set using the AI playbook), we don't want to spend Legal's time reviewing these at all.
