Currently creating an NDA workflow and having some trouble with the signers.
Within our company we have different entities and within those entities we have departments. I have made all kinds of user groups based on user's authorisation to sign. For example: Frank can only sign for our UK entity and only until 100k contractvalue.
For one of our entities however, we have to have two signers at all times. There is a group of 4 people authorised to sign. I made two fields (signer 1 and signer 2) but linked them to the same group.
On to the problem: when I view the workflow in preview - it always puts the same person for signer 1 and signer 2. Am I missing something obvious? I feel like it should not be possible for one person to sign the some document twice.
