Hi all, like many of you, I'm sure, we have integrated Ironclad with Salesforce. As we revamp our workflows, we are hoping to refine how our Products are mapped to the Ironclad Workflow.
In summary, Signifyd has multiple Products which fall into one of four Categories. A Product cannot belong to more than one Category, and one of our objectives with this project is to measure which customers have Products in a given Category
Our question is, is it possible to have a single list of products in Salesforce (Checkbox or Multi-Picklist) map to a multiple metadata fields in Ironclad, depending on the Product's category? Alternatively, could multiple lists of Products in Salesforce map to a single Product metadata field in Ironclad?
Similarly, after Archive, would it be possible to have multiple metadata fields map to a single Product field in Salesforce? Can we have a single metadata field map to multiple fields in Salesforce?
Our instinct tells us one-to-many mapping as described above isn't possible, but would love to hear if others have implemented a solution like this.
Thanks in advance for your input and advice!
