Is it possible to make the Activity Feed reportable in Salesforce?

Hi all, we're excited to upgrade to the latest Salesforce app, especially because of the workflow capabilities within Salesforce.

Would it be possible to make the Activity Feed reportable within Salesforce, via an Ironclad Workflows report? Ultimately, we'd like to create an Ironclad Workflows report in Salesforce which could report how long it took an Approver to approve a workflow. We already love that we can use an Ironclad Workflows report to share which workflows are in review, out for signature, not out for signature, etc.

We thought we'd ask since with the new integration we'll soon be able to post comments in Ironclad from Salesforce. While we don't need to report on who commented and when, we figure if approval timestamps are being logged in the Activity Feed, this data could be made reportable in Salesforce. Currently we're using Process Metrics to extract this data, but an Ironclad Workflow report would be a dynamic option.

Love this feedback, thanks for the detailed post @zuhair_saadat ! At this time the activity feed is not reportable in Salesforce; all of the data is captured in the Ironclad Activity feed, so we are encouraging folks to use the existing reporting capabilities in Ironclad to report out on these fields. I'll share your feedback with the team for adding more process metrics to our Salesforce reporting tools.

FYI that we do have some API-based reporting tools in the works that I think could be helpful for the use cases you described, and I'll be able to share more about that once we get a little further in our development process!
