Idea: More Signature Tagging options/functionality

Use Case:
When I tag up a document directly in Docusign, they have a lot of functionality that is not available in Ironclad, which allows for more flexibility and a better experience.

For example:

• Color coding per Signer
• Ability to add default text into text fields
• Proper resizing & formatting of various type of tags
• All this other cool stuff available ⬇️
