Position Summary:
IEM is looking for a Full Time- Contract Administrator to assist with the company's contracts, such as rental, sales, purchase, new business proposal and employment contracts.
Primary Location:
- Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States, you will work from home or personal office location
- All work at home environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.

Essential Functions:
- Provide contracts support for assigned contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and proposals.
- Analyze solicitations and provide advice regarding potential risks and strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of and prepare nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, contracts, and subcontracts in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies, within the limits of authority delegated by senior management.
- Review invoices for compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Ensure appropriate documentation is acquired and entered into corporate databases in a timely manner; conduct analyses and compile reports as required.
- Assist with contract audits.
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement officials, subcontractors, and IEM team members.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local law by reviewing existing and new regulations; anticipating regulations; enforcing adherence to regulations; and advising management on requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in contract administration
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification
